- Store was packed this morning, as a cold front hit, and at about 12h30 (13h00 closing) a gent I assumed to be the owner, came through and addressed the queue, immediately assuring us there was sufficient gas but having run out of pre-filled, direct swaps were no longer possible and they would be filling our own cylinders, which would take a little longer, before thanking us for our patience. I thought it was a nice touch to keep the queue informed, reassure about stock levels and confirm that despite closing time approaching, we would be attended to. Customer focus could also partly explain why they were packed in the first place!
