- Efficient, friendly and fast service. Easy to find parking. They had no problem in filling up my own cylinder rather than swapping it out. Recommended
- Good prices and conveniently located, i had fast and efficient service while having my 3kg gas bottle filled. Some constructive criticism i noticed while waiting: staff could be a little nicer to older folk. They can be a little hard of hearing and might not pick up on things up as fast as the younger staff do. Yes it can be frustrating, but we are all gonna get old one day. Food for thought.
- Cant give 0 star service without being able to post, so for the sake of the review to be posted, its 1 star service, but in reality its 0 star service. They refused to assist my mom in carrying the 9kg gas tank to her vehicle after they refilled it. You guys need to assist people with carrying the tank, especially when asked to. It might not be part of your job description but it will add to your customer service for future customers.. if any.
