- I am happy with the service. I order a 19kg gas and had a 19kg afrox bottel. I received a 17.4kg easy gas cylinder and report it to the office. They then send a driver to replace it and on the arrivel of tge driver i learn that the weight on the bottle differs as per manufacturer. Thank you Afrigas- Strand
- I always refill/change gas here as the staff is friendly and service is prompt. Today, being 31/12/2024 I thought let me check my gas cylinder. The net weight is 9.2kg and I weiged it getting 9.6 kg which prompted a refill. I took the cylinder in and as usual the service was fast and paid for the 9kg of gas as reported by the attendant. Back at home I thought let me check (I have never done it) and I weighed the cylinderr 17.49kg. Now 17.49 - 9.6 = 7.89kg. How is this possible because I cannot believe I was cheated for 1.1kg of gas?
