• My heart is heavy this weekend. My Oumie passed away and I had guests coming through and of course Murphy's Law would have it that my geyser would give trouble THIS along weekend. I called GasWorld and my heart broke and they heard my heartache and stress and went above and beyond in spite of Eskom's bloody NONSENSE worked to replace the geyser. I am so thankful for their show of compassion, humanity and care. Thank you so much for exceptional service but more importantly for your care and compassion.
• I usually don't exchange my gas cylinder at Gas World because Easigas can be exhanged at many different outlets in Potchefstroom. Today, 7/01/2025 I decided to exchange at Gas World because of other business I had to attend to in the area. What was meant to he a quick exhange ended up in a refil of my gas cylinder instead. The gentelman who collected my "empty" cylinder felt that there was still gas left in my cylinder. I told the gentleman at the till that he will weigh the cylinder. The gentelman at the till said I will only pay for the difference so I don't have to pay for a full 9kg cylinder. I ended up paying half of what I should have paid for a full 9kg cylinder. Many other places would accept the cylinder as it is and you will have to pay for a full cylinder. The staff at Gas World will go out their way to serve customers.
