• Excellent service! I contacted M.I.A. Gas this morning when the pilot light of my gas heater stopped working and spoke to Martin. He said I could bring it in so that they could check it and within minutes of arriving there, the problem was identified. It was fortunately a small, quick-fix, issue and it ended up being exactly that, a quick fix. Thank you Martin and team for the exceptional service - you've gained another customer.
• So i'm kinda new to the place,went the for 2nd time. Guys at the ground floor they great. At the counter its another story.1st time i went there my 9kg was full but this time cld just lift it up. Don't do that its bad business.
• Absolutely, terrible client service. Went in today wasn't sure about an adapter and the lady in front treated me terribly. Although I wasn't sure about my product and was frustrated, you dont talk down to a client regardless of their gender or limited info on their product. The other two on the floor couldn't assist me I either english or Afrikaans. I truly hope the competition down the street closes these guys doors, Safe Gas listened to me, and understood my frustration and could assist and help me. Friendly service. Western Gas will NEVER see me again!
