- Our geyser packed up on Thursday. I phoned them to arrange for a technician to assist, since it is our only source for hot water. She told me to leave my number that the tech will get back to me, when I enquired about the time I have to wait for feedback, she responded a week and a half to 2 weeks. At least they answered their phone on a public holiday - hence the 1 star
